Who we are
The Delta Firm is a software firm based at BG-33/A, Nishant Complex, Nagarvada, Vadodara, Gujarat, India. For anything in this policy, write to support@thedeltafirm.in.
What we collect
- When you use the contact form: your name, email address, phone number, company (if you give it), the reason you picked and your message.
- When you email us: whatever you choose to include.
- Your theme choice (light or dark) is saved in your own browser's storage and never sent to us.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, arrange a demo or discuss work you asked us about. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we're in conversation and for a reasonable period after, then delete them unless you've become a client.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent. Email support@thedeltafirm.in and we'll respond promptly.
